Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are function to geographical location of customer. For France mainland, usual delivery time may vary between two (2) and five (5) days (providing product is available at order date and customer has communicated correct address). In all case, delivery time cannot exceed thirty (30) days in general.
The parcel shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the User. If the delivery officers do not hear back from the User within 48 hours, the User’s order shall automatically be send back to VITA RECHERCHE.
VITA RECHERCHE cannot commit on specific delivery time for dispatching abroad, given custom clearance is under responsibility of client.
Delivery costs are fixed fees depending on final destination/country of residence, mode of delivery and number of units ordered (for the same product reference). Costs are communicated during shopping cart validation process, after delivery address is keyed-in, and before final confirmation of order and payment.
